TREVOR is one of the owners of Southern Touch! We asked him some questions to get to know him better!
What brought me into the HVAC business is a love of working with my hands. The calluses on my hands tell the stories of the love I have for this trade and taking care of people's needs!
My favorite part of what I do is being able to genuinely take care of people. Unfortunately, larger companies lose focus of this aspect and instead focus on lining their pockets.
Every day that I get to wake up and work is rewarding! If I had to chose the most rewarding work I've done so far with Southern Touch it would be the Christmas Pancake Breakfast we did in Jay with Pine Level Baptist Church. I knocked on an elderly woman's door and told her who I was and that we wanted to give her Christmas Breakfast. We shared an emotional moment with her and we could tell that she was very touched by that gesture. God is good!
My favorite leisure time activity would be spending time with animals as well as participating in gun sports!

HUNTER is one of the owners of Southern Touch! We asked him some questions to get to know him better!
I started in the HVAC business because I truly wanted to help people. We live in one of the hottest states in the US, and I was tired of seeing bigger companies rip people off left and right. I felt God calling me to do this, and the team we have is truly here to help!
If you ask my colleagues, they'd say my favorite part of the job is hearing myself talk (HAHA). But honestly, my favorite part of what I do is building relationships with our customers and making them feel like family! (Ask us about our $240 annual memberships to officially join the family!)
The most rewarding experience I've had with Southern Touch was helping one of our sweet customers who had just lost her husband. Her unit was old and acting up. We were able to get her taken care of at a fair price with no upselling. Then we just got to visit with her for a while.
In my free time, I enjoy anything that has to do with music! God has been so good to me, and I am truly blessed to be surrounded by the people I call family.
